gamblingconsultant.io is a sector-specific business advisory for the gambling industry. It is not a law firm or legal practice, and it is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

Andrew Lindley's status as a solicitor

Andrew Lindley holds a current practising certificate as a solicitor of England and Wales. He does not provide legal advice as a solicitor, either as part of gamblingconsultant.io or in any other guise, and does not intend to. Nothing on this website, and no service provided through it, is legal advice.

Interim in-house appointments

The one exception is an interim appointment. Andrew can join a client business as an interim employee and, in that role, give legal advice as its in-house counsel in the usual way, as an employee of that business, for the duration of the appointment. That advice is given by Andrew as the business's employee, not by gamblingconsultant.io.
